How We Are Keeping You Safe?

The well-being of our guests, residents, and employees is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your safety. Riviera Plaza & Conference Center continues to welcome new guests and residents each day. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to follow the requirement from related government authorities and provide support to our guests, colleagues, and partners. The experience at our hotel will be a little bit different from before, as we’ve put in place new procedures and protocols to limit the spread of COVID-19, and keep our guests, staff, and community safe healthy.

Social Distancing Practise

To increase social distancing, we have taken the following steps:

  • We have temporarily closed our breakfast are and fitness centers.
  • We have temporarily paused in- suites housekeeping service for our guests.


Our self- parking is available for all residents each day. Please, maintain two meters of social distancing.

Guests Room

In our guest’s room, we are cleaning and disinfecting the entire room, including the floors. Additionally, we pay special attention to disinfecting high- touchpoint within the room such as door handles, light switches, the TV remote, and taps and handles in the bathroom.


We always try to check you in as soon as possible. If we cannot check you in the right way, please maintain 2 meters from other parties while you wait.


We won’t be offering in-room housekeeping services during your stay to ensure that you’re the only person in your room while you’re with us. Of course, at your request, we will bring you fresh linens, extra towels, toiletries, or coffee.

Wearing Non- Medical Masks or Face Coverings

Wearing a non- medical mask or face covering is an additional measure that can take to protect around you, even if you have no symptoms. It can be useful for short periods when physical distancing is not possible to maintain in public settings such as when grocery shopping or using public transit.
